This is the 1,000 post on this blog which I started on 2 January 2008! David Barrie posted yesterday that he had also been running his fantastic blog for 4 years, which is even longer... and it feels as though we have travelled down the social media path together for all this time, sometimes using blogging as a way of understanding our own thoughts, and at others treating blogging as a radical form of extreme sports! Thank you David for all the inspiration and encouragement!
This blog has had many contributors over the last few years and for all of those contributions I am truly grateful. A special thank you must go to Laura Billings who has kept contributing regularly since May 2008 and given us over 120 fascinating posts in Laura's unique and sparkling style. And of course to Lauren Currie for her lovely Thriving Too video she made for us, which is very dear to my heart!
This blog would be a dull place without these contributions.....and all the great readers who created so much energy and enthusiasm...... so THANK YOU THANK YOU to everyone!
Which have been the most popular posts? After the recent posts on Alinsky which had several thousand page views... the next favourite I think is the post, with several views every day since it was posted, on the Passive Aggressive Anger Release Machine!
My enduring memories of 2010 will be all the progress on Mindapples working with very dear friend, and totally inspiring human being Andy Gibson.... and all the *amazing* people I have met around the country through the Travelling Pantry - It has been unforgettable! Thank you to everyone for playing along with me!
